Sauce : Sesame seeds ( 1 tsp ) , Soy sauce ( 1/3 cup ) , Rice vinegar ( 1 tsp ) , Scallion ( 1 tsp )
2. Wash the kimchi with water and then Squeeze the water out.
3. Finely chopped kimchi, onion and celery( Optional)

5. Steam dumplings in a covered steamer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
