Restrict your subject to fit the time at your disposal

One story is that someone wanted to divorce his wife, although he conceded she was beautiful, a fine cook, and a model mother. So, his lawyer asked for the reason and the reason was because she talks all the time and she never says what is she talking about. So, the point is that many speakers have a similar issue that their audience don’t know what such speakers are talking about and they never make their meaning clear.
I can see this type of issue from many politicians and I thought it is their technique to spin around their point and they never say it clearly for such a simple easy question. Also, I noticed that a lot of politicians always can answer any question without any problem, because they also can use the same technique to avoid straight answers. We all make informative talks every day such as giving directions and making explanations.
The ability to speak clearly proceeds the ability to move others to action. We don’t need to be like politicians and it is important to discipline and try not to cover too much ground. Hold fast to the main theme so that audience can follow your talk clearly.
