Act Confident

So, feel brave, act as if we were brave, use all of our will to that end, and a courage –fit will very likely replace the fit of fear.”
I think it is all about mind control and the mind is controlling the body and the action can control the mind.
So, if I deep breath for 30 seconds before I talk, the increased supply of oxygen will lift up and give me courage. The courage can lower my fear so that I will be able to overcome the problems and conflicts of life with a new sense of mastery.
