Fried Bananas
It is sweet fried banana with cereal that makes healthy. It is also quick and easy to make for desert.
Main Ingredients : Banana (2) , Flour ( 3 Tbsp ) , Salt ( 1/8 tsp ) , cereal ( 1 cup ) , Olive oil
* It is crunch!!.
Preparation | 1.Cereal ( 1 cup ) , If cereal size is too big, you can smesh down to make it small. 2. Flour ( 2 Tbsp ). 3. Cut bananas to 2 inch length. |
Cooking Instruction. | 1. Prepare flour batter in the flat bowl.(Water ( 1 tsp ) , Flour ( 1 Tbsp ) . Dip the banana pieces into the batter 2. Roll the bananna into the cereal. 3. Shallow fry in hot oil for a few minutes or, Array them on the cooking sheet and sprinkle olive oil and cook in the oven for 5~10mins. |
