Kim-chi Pot-sticker
This is a fun food to make with everyone. Kids will love to make these dumplings,They can create their own shapes!
Main Ingredients : Dumplings : Ground pork or beef ( 1 cup ) , Kimchi ( 1 cup, drained and finely chopped ) , Egg ( 1) , cornstarch ( 2 tsp) , sugar ( 1/2 tsp) , salt ( 1/2 tsp ) , Pepper ( 1/4 tsp), soy sauce ( 1 tsp), water ( 1/2 cup ) dumpling wrappers, onion( 1/2)
Sauce : Sesame seeds ( 1 tsp ) , Soy sauce ( 1/3 cup ) , Rice vinegar ( 1 tsp ) , Scallion ( 1 tsp )

Preparation | 1.Dumpling wrappers.
2. Wash the kimchi with water and then Squeeze the water out. 3. Finely chopped kimchi, onion and celery( Optional) 4. Ground beef. 5. Sugar and Soy sauce. 6.Chopped green onion. |
Cooking Instruction. | 1. In a large bowl, mix the dumpling ingredients thoroughly
2. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of pork filling onto each dumpling wrapper. Moisten edges with water. 3. Fold edges over to form a halfmoon shape. 4. Fold edges over to form different shapes. 5. Steam dumplings in a covered steamer for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately. |
